Volleyball tourney and stuff...

Well, I attended our company's annual volleyball tournament last weekend. Although we played really well on Saturday we ended up losing in the upper division.

On Sunday I played with another team and ended up matching up against my team from Saturday. We beat the Saturday team and won 1st place for the second day of the tournament. The teams were very evenly matched. Late in the day Marcel took a spill hurting his knee so Jim had to get someone to sub for him. The match went on.

Friday my mom and brother Mike decided to head out to Seattle from Northern Ontario. I assumed they'd be in on Tuesday because it's a really long ride, but they actually made it in three days and got in town just as I was returning from our 1st place finish at the v-ball tourney.
