Mom/Dad are coming to Seattle!
In an unprecedented turn of events my parents bought a plane ticket to Seattle! My mom's been here before, but my dad has not been anywhere near here. Showing them around the area will be a great time!
Some potential things we might do:
- Whistler/Blackcomb/Vancouver.
- Visit Mt. St. Helens.
- Go to Paradise on Mt. Rainier.
- Take a ferry to the San Juan Islands, maybe see orcas.
- Go to the Pacific Ocean at Westport, maybe see Grey Whales.
- Visit a Washington state winery.
- Do downtown Seattle.
- Visit Golden Gardens.
- And other stuff like: drink good coffee, go hiking, see a rainforest, listen to live music.
Anyhow, I'm super pumped they're able to make it!

Go shark fishing in the ocean. deep sea fishin'!
We can certainly do some deep sea fishing from wesport: http://www.ultimatefc.com/westport/... It looks like you can fish for Albacore Tuna, Salmon, Ling Cod, Halibut. Not sure about sharks... Maybe if we get lucky I suppose.

Hmm... It seems that the tuna fishing is only an overnight trip. So it leaves at 9pm-12am, and gets back by dark the next day (so I'm assuming like 8pm). We can still sign up for it, but it will limit what we can do for the rest of the weekend.
